He has saved his clients hundreds of years in prison, and in many cases he has successfully argued for probation or house arrest instead of prison.

Education

Attorney Richard A. Grossman graduated from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Emory Law School in May, 1992. While studying at Emory, Attorney Richard A. Grossman served an internship in the Office of the Federal Defender, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia.

The case was dismissed on June 9, 2010.

STATE OF GEORGIA v. S.D. -charged with Murder, Arson and Aggravated Assault. After investigation, motions and evidentiary hearings, all charges dismissed on May 10, 2010.

STATE OF GEORGIA v. R.M.- defense of a law enforcement officer who was acquitted of murder, felony murder and aggravated assault.
